Election day is right around the corner but it’s not often we get to vote on something like this. While the country is focusing on the various issues at hand, we decided to lighten things up a bit for a good cause! On November 15, after some of the dusts settles in Washington, we’ll be revealing something big! Through your votes, one of our dentists will be selected to get a pie in the face!
Yes, you heard right! You have the opportunity to vote (right here on our website) for which dentist you would like to see get an up close and personal experience with a yummy pie! Oh, don’t worry, we’ll let them choose what kind of pie they want, we’re not monsters.
Did we mention that you’ll be able to watch it all happen on Facebook Live? Yes, it will all be Live! So take a look at these two guys and decide who you’ll vote for:
Supporting Our Community
We’ll be donating one dollar for every vote, up to $500, to the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Bank! The statistics on hunger are staggering, “One in five children in Southeastern Connecticut is food insecure and a U.S. Census Bureau study indicates that 19,000 people in our region are living below the poverty level” Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Bank website. Every little bit helps, so please free to visit their site to learn more about this organization and how you can help.
We are proud to be supporting this charity along with many others throughout the year. Some of our other charities include local Fire Departments, Waterford Police Department, Mystic River Chorale, Clark Lane Middle School & Waterford Babe Ruth Little League.
